Welcome to the NVUS Activity Generator ("Service"), operated by N'Vidia Maxima, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The NVUS Activity Generator is an educational tool designed to help teachers create customized activities for verbal and non-verbal students with or without cognitive delays, English Language Learners (ELL), ESL, and Bilingual students. The Service generates printable worksheets and activity plans based on user inputs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts and Credits

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Credit Packs

We offer the following credit pack options (no subscriptions or recurring charges):

• Starter Pack: 10 credits for one-time activity generation
• Popular Pack: 25 credits + 3 bonus credits
• Value Pack: 50 credits + 10 bonus credits

Credits never expire and are valid on the NVUS Activity Generator only. All purchases are non-refundable.

4.3 Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Credit packs are one-time purchases — there are no recurring charges or automatic renewals
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected credit pack

4.4 Refunds

• ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
• Credits never expire and can be used at any time after purchase
• Credits are valid on the NVUS Activity Generator only and cannot be transferred to other platforms

5. Referral Program

5.1 Referral Rewards

Users may earn bonus credits for each successful referral who purchases a credit pack.

5.2 Referral Terms

• Referrals must be new users who have not previously purchased credits
• Rewards are applied automatically when the referred user completes their first credit pack purchase
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

All content generated by the Service, including activity plans, worksheets, and instructional materials, is the intellectual property of N'Vidia Maxima, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

6.2 License to Use Generated Content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print and download generated materials for educational use within your classroom, school, or therapy practice
• Distribute copies to students and parents for educational purposes
• Modify generated content for your specific teaching needs

6.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Sell, re-license, or commercially exploit generated materials without written permission
• Remove copyright notices from generated materials
• Claim authorship of generated content
• Use the Service to create materials for resale or commercial distribution

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Educational Content Disclaimer

• Generated activities are suggestions and starting points for educational use
• Teachers are responsible for reviewing and adapting materials to meet individual student needs
• We do not guarantee educational outcomes or student progress
• Activities should be used under appropriate supervision

8.3 No Responsibility
