What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credit balance reaches zero, you will not be able to generate new activities until you purchase more credits. You can still view previously generated activities. Purchase a new credit pack from the Pricing page to continue.
Can I get more credits?
Yes! You can purchase additional credit packs at any time from the Pricing page. Credits from multiple purchases are combined in your account balance and never expire.
What if my account is flagged by mistake?
False positives can occur. If your account is suspended and you believe it's an error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We review all flags and can restore access for legitimate users.
Are there any generation rate limits?
Credit holders enjoy activity generation with standard rate limits to ensure fair service for all users. There are no download limits — you can download as many PDFs as you need.
Can my school purchase multiple accounts?
